VistaPoint Program
When you purchase genuine VistaLab Tips for your MLA and Ovation pipettes, you are making a commitment to quality performance. In turn, VistaLab Technologies makes a commitment to keep your pipette at its operational best with FREE calibration and repair services.
Starting July 1, 2009, you’ll notice VistaPoint stickers affixed to all our tip packages. Be sure to log-in to our web site, and register your points. Then when its time for your pipette(s) to be calibrated or repaired, you can redeem your points and receive these services FREE! Its our way of saying ‘thanks’ for recognizing the outstanding performance and value of VistaLab tips, and a easy way to ensure your pipettes are periodically serviced by factory experts.
MLA users participating in our CTQ Program will receive VistaPoints in exchange for any unexpired CTQ certificates that have been collected. Send certificates and your user log-in to VistaLab Customer Service, and we will credit your account with VistaPoints and send a confirmation note via email. CTQ certificates must be converted to VistaPoints, and will no longer be accepted on the web site for services after July 1 (but don’t worry – you will receive full credit for CTQ coupons whenever you send them in for conversion).
You may register VistaPoints after July 1 by logging into your account and then clicking on “Register VistaPoints”.
